Job discoverer at ESN
We take part in the "Jobentdecker" initiative in the Haßberge district and introduce ESN to interested students, who then apply for an internship with us and can show their peers what direct entry and further training opportunities are available at our company. We decide for Anna and Madeleine, who then observe at ESN for two days and take a closer look at both physical-technical professions and human resources work.
